It's all over for 2017 but we're already hard at work planning an even better Festival for next year!
As usual the Festival will be built around the Grand Market on May 12th 2018.

Pop-Up Restaurant at Erlestoke Prison (2016)

This intriguing event is a unique opportunity to visit Erlestoke Prison
and sample a 3 course meal prepared using ingredients grown at the Prison
 and served by Staff and Offenders who are studying there for NVQ's.

A fillet of poached Dover sole filled with baby spinach leaves & North Atlantic prawns 
set on a pool of Veronique sauce

Warm Fig & Blue Cheese Tart  
Accompanied with dressed seasonal Salad

coupled with a rich red currant & mint jus set upon biaritz potatoes

Beetroot Risotto with grilled Halloumi cheese 
accompanied by Roasted Root Vegetables

"Last year's guests were amazed at the culinary expertise of the offenders who prepared and served the meal and gave them a standing ovation at the end. They were able to talk to them and prison staff were able to tell them about the training and employment opportunities that would be offered on release from prison, helping to reduce re-offending."


NO alcohol is allowed within the prison, soft drinks will be served

 Early arrival is required at 17.30 (that's 5.30pm) for ID Checks
This is always a popular event so book soon to avoid disappointment

Erlestoke prison is situated south of Devizes between West Lavington and Westbury 
It is not accessible by public transport.
