As usual the Festival will be built around the Grand Market on May 12th 2018.

Argentinian Hogget at the Black Swan

Last year's Argentinian Fire Pit  Hogget 
was such a success (sold out!) 
that we're doing it again for 2016.

One cooked hogget in 2015
 The fire pit is a sort of barbecue, while a hogget is a lamb 
that is over one year old and thus has more flavour.
This article describes how the taste of Patagonian Lamb develops with this traditional cooking method - although we can't recommend the equally traditional method he describes for obtaining the lamb!


Lamb Hogget 
served with a South American salad 
(a vegetarian dish will also be available)
Bar service and the Swan's normal menu (for desserts etc.)
 will operate as usual.
