He is lauded amongst colleagues – including Nigella Lawson and Anna Jones – for being one of the best vegetarian chefs in the business. His work has featured in The Guardian, The Observer, New Yorker and Bon Appétit.
Joe will talk about his latest book “The Weeknight Vegetarian”. Tea, coffee and tasters using Joe’s recipes will be provided.
