Fairy Glen is a small brewery based in South Wales, who aim to create traditional, easy drinking session beers. They cask, keg and can the beers they produce, and will be serving three of them at the Market.
On sale by the pint will be:
Hound Dog – King of Pilsners. 4.5% ABV.Brewed using 100% British grown ingredients adding the finest lager malts to give you a gentle balanced pilsner which is light, and crisp. It really is the King of Pilsners and will absolutely have you coming back for more.
Hair of the Dog – A no nonsense IPA. 4.6% ABV
This IPA is Brewed with the finest hops & grains. It is a true sweet, malty, bitter, hoppy IPA. No Pineapples, No Elderflowers, and definitely no Bubblegum. It’s a Classic IPA that will satisfy your thirst.
Frankenmuth – London Porter 4.7% ABV
This really ugly beer which is created using traditional british hops, may not look all that, with its dark red colour. But once in the mouth you realise it has a balanced aromatic biscuit flavour which is light and crisp to the pallet. A real easy drinking Porter, that will leave your glass empty far too quickly.
