The teenager from Oxfordshire who’s setting the baking world alight at The Orange Bakery in Watlington, Oxfordshire, Kitty discovered an absolute love of baking bread when she was 14. That love of baking led to the discovery of sourdough and as demand for her bread grew, she and her dad, Alex, set up the thriving bakery. Her recipes have been published in The Times and The Daily Telegraph and her book, Birdsong, comes out with Bloomsbury next May.
