Lacock Dairy is not a factory – they make in small batches, by hand, using the finest incredients: real Madagascan vanilla from a sustainable source, candied wild cherries and wild strawberries from the north of Italy, Belgian chocolate and cocoa, and fruit purees for the sorbets. Gluten free, and no palm oil.
