Vaughan’s Cookery School, Hopton
Monday 27th September 11.30 – 1.30 £30
Enjoy this Festival opportunity to join Peter Vaughan at his renowned cookery school and learn how to prepare some deliciously fragrant dishes [specially researched for the Devizes Food & Drink Festival by Peter] from Goa, one of the smallest states in the southwest of India on the Malabar coast, which for 450 years was under Portuguese rule from whom it only became independent in 1961. The cuisine is a unique mix of Mediterranean with a tropical Indian blend.
