Pizza Time

Having supported the Festival since it started Peter Vaughan is offering a special opportunity to make pizzas from scratch, using local organic flour and other ingredients that celebrate the lovely things we grow in Wiltshire.  Learn how to use a wood fired oven, and how to adapt the recipe for a domestic one.

In small groups, you will make

  • organic pizza base
  • delicious topping
  • a pizza to eat for your supper
  • garlic flatbreads

Soft drinks are supplied, or bring your own wine or beer.  Take home a goodie bag and recipes, so you can start your own pizza productions at home.
